Tracking

The success of any development initiative or program will only be determined if key measures of success are established at the beginning of the effort and then tracked over time.  As most organizations have already established business outcomes that they track, and tie back to individual performance data, Emerge has created a suite of tracking tools that assist organizations capture some of the more developmental aspects of successful program deployment.

Below is a list of some of the key tools already established and delivered as part of the Emerge Process.

Post Workshop Transition Track Assessment

This assessment, completed by the participant and the participant's manager, identifies:

  • The individual's current versus expected Stage of Impact
  • The critical behaviors within the 5 key Management Accountabilities that need to be developed to make the transition

The Post-Workshop Transition Track Assessment is used as part of the Leadership Transition workshop. Each workshop participant completes the assessment prior to the workshop to establish a baseline assessment. Additional assessments will be completed at 4 months and 8 months after the workshop to track progress.

Post Workshop Engagement Assessment

This tool uses cutting-edge assessment technology to identify an individual's current Stage of Impact as well as their current level of engagement within the organization. The Engagement Track Assessment is used in the Maximizing Your Engagement workshop.

Organizational Assessment

This report summarizes the Transition Track Assessment results of all of the Leadership Transition workshop participants within the client organization and tracks the transition progress of the entire group over time. The aggregate results can then be used to identify potential skills gaps within the participant groups or functional areas
