Then through structured activities, presentations, and dialogue, these leaders leave with a clear vision of what to do next. Action plans are created and a follow-up schedule for implementing the plans is established.
This two-hour overview for executives, senior managers, and key stakeholders reviews our extensive research on employee impact and transitions, the implications for an organization, and the Emerge training, tools, and processes that address those implications.
Managers of the participants in the Leadership Transition workshop are provided with an overview of the transition process, how they can support their direct report's transition, and how the right job assignments can not only facilitate the individual's transition but also benefit the manager and the company.
