Emerge Leadership Group conducts engages clients in a variety of assessment activities designed to yield powerful data that will help organizations, leaders, and individuals identify key areas of strength, opportunities for improvement, and then build action plans to maximize the impact of people across the organizational spectrum.
These assessments are administered electronically, using Emerge's assessment and survey tools. In some instances, some assessments are distributed as documents, then scored as part of an exercise. Typically, assessments are designed to be completed in a short period of time (i.e., less than 20 minutes), yet provide maximum information to drive action plans.

The Transition Track Assessment is used as part of the Leadership Transition workshop. Each workshop participant completes the assessment prior to the workshop to establish a baseline assessment. Additional assessments will be completed at 4 months and 8 months after the workshop to track progress.
This tool uses cutting-edge assessment technology to identify an individual's current Stage of Impact as well as their current level of engagement within the organization. The Engagement Stage Assessment is used in the Maximizing Your Engagement workshop.
This report summarizes the Transition Track Assessment results from all of the Leadership Transition workshop participants within the client organization and tracks the transition progress of the entire group over time. The aggregate results can then be used to identify potential skills gaps within the participant groups or functional areas.
