In responding to the issues and needs of organizations, Emerge takes the view that training and development are more than just "events" that people go to and then forget.  The process developed by Emerge is designed to integrate into the long-term flow of people's work.  By making our solutions part of your work-flow, the probability of meeting development goals increases.

Emerge Assessments

Emerge Leadership Group conducts engages clients in a variety of assessment activities designed to yield powerful data that will help organizations, leaders, and individuals identify key areas of strength, opportunities for improvement, and then build action plans to maximize the impact of people across the organizational spectrum.

Sponsorship

In order for any initiative to be successful within an organization, it is imperative to obtain the sponsorship of all levels of organizational leadership.  This kind of support may take on many different forms and require various degrees of intervention by the client, individuals, and Emerge.

Development

Emerge has developed solutions designed to specifically address key development needs that organizations, their leaders, and individuals have.  These workshops are each geared towards addressing one key principle or idea, then lead individuals through a process of self-discovery, culminating in the development of an action plan.

 
Application

In order to assist organizations become more systematic in applying key learning, Emerge has created a suite of applications that culminate in action plans and other instruments.  When organizations institutionalize their dialogue around application, these tools create incredible power for individual success, at the same time organizations typically realize significant positive developments to key business outcomes.

Tracking

The success of any development initiative or program will only be determined if key measures of success are established at the beginning of the effort and then tracked over time.  As most organizations have already established business outcomes that they track, and tie back to individual performance data, Emerge has created a suite of tracking tools that assist organizations capture some of the more developmental aspects of successful program deployment.

Pulse Check

Research shows that in order for development efforts to be successful, one key dimension that must be included is holding the people accountable for their actions.  Emerge takes this idea very seriously.  As a result, we have found that conducting a Pulse Check on an ongoing basis puts development ideas and agreed upon actions in the forefront of peoples' minds.
