We are a research-based training and development company with a specific focus on leadership transitions and engagement.  We provide training to help transition formal and informal leaders to higher impacting roles and engaging their direct reports so organizations can be more productive.  Our research is very clear; when a leader transitions more effectively to a higher impacting role and their employees are more engaged, their contribution to the organization more than doubles.

Our latest research also shows that even after receiving classic management training (i.e. coaching, delegation, conflict resolution etc), over 70% of people are either stuck or haven't even begun to make the transition to the behaviors expected in their leadership role.  It's the classic case of people with additional responsibilities, or the leadership title, still doing their work like an individual contributor.  On average, the cost of non-transitioned managers and leaders is $100,000 per year per manager!

In addition to our Transition and Engagement Processes, we also offer foundational management skills capabilities that leaders can use to be effective in their new role. These skills workshops are offer in 4-hour modules and can be implemented in a classroom, online, or blended format.
