Maximizing Your Contribution

Making a difference for your organization is a bigger proposition that just performing on the job and meeting your production expectations.  Organizations care about things other than outputs, they care about how people "contribute" and make a larger difference.  This workshop will teach you how to find ways to maintain your performance AND make a larger difference.

Staying "In the ZONE"

In 2006, The Conference Board published "Employee Engagement, A Review of Current Research and Its Implications". This report stated that twelve major studies on employee engagement had been published over the prior four years by top research firms such as Gallup, Towers Perrin and the Corporate Leadership Council. According to the report, there is a strong correlation between high levels of employee engagement and improved individual, group and corporate performance in areas such as retention, productivity, customer service and loyalty.  And this is not just by small margins.  While there were minor variations between studies, in general highly engaged employees outperform their disengaged counterparts by an impressive 20 - 28 percentage points!

This half-day workshop takes a unique approach to employee engagement by helping employees understand their current and expected Stage of Impact and how to more often utilize their unique talents and abilities in the course of getting their work done.  The Maximizing Your Engagement Workshop includes a benchmark Engagement Track assessment, development of an Engagement Action Plan and follow-up Engagement Track assessments to measure progress.
