Emerge partners with clients to identify core competencies needed in a particular function or organization.  Once these competencies have been identified, we seek to build a competency model that helps the client identify and quantify core outcomes expected for various roles, jobs or functions.

Using these competency models, organizations can build metrics and interventions to help ensure that leaders and individuals are performing at their best, producing maximum impact to the organization.

Often, our clients have a well established leadership or individual development curriculum.  Established curriculum normally grow up inside of business practices and concerns over time, responding to trends, needs, and developments with your business context.

However, over time situations and needs tend to change.  Emerge will consult with you to examine both your current needs as well as the solutions you offer to respond to them.  When we have products that meet newly appearing needs, we can adjust and integrate our products, partner products, or create custom solutions that fully integrate inside your process.
